Delivery Information

Currently we can only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Orders over £50 are delivered FREE, for orders under £50 there is a £5.95 delivery charge.

Orders, excluding pallet delivery, are usually shipped next working day by 1st Class Post, Parcel Force or other overnight Carrier.

In the rare instances an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to let you know timescales and to offer a refund if this is not acceptable.

Pallet deliveries

Pallet deliveries are usually dispatched next day, via 1-3 day service. The carrier company will contact you, to arrange a suitable delivery time, we may contact you by email or phone to obtain further contact information in order to facilitate delivery.

Pallet deliveries to the Isles or Highlands of Scotland, may be subject to an additional charge. We will contact you to ensure this is acceptable, and if so collect further payment. All deliveries should be checked carefully to ensure the items have arrived in good condition and you should only sign for them if they are.

Should an item have been damaged in transit, this is a rare occurrence, you should refuse delivery and the carrier will return the item to us, and we will organise a delivery of a replacement item.
